Facilities Technician

Job description

  1. Carry out maintenance, repairing and servicing tasks( Elect & Aircon)
  2. Carry out preventive / breakdown and corrective maintenance of M&E
  3. Attend to defects and customers' complaints promptly
  4. Record & submission of job sheet timely

  • 2 years of similar trade

AV Technician

Job description

  1. Setup of PA / AV / VC system and equipment
  2. Service, troubleshoot and maintenance of system and equipment
  3. Participate in the setup and ensure the smooth operations of events.
  4. Coordinate contractor to repair system if required

Requirements

  • 2 years of similar trade
  • Fresh graduates are welcome
M&E Drafter

Job description

  1. Prepare and update shop drawing, details drawing, as-built drawing using AutoCAD
  2. Maintain & update drawings as needed & make corrections to drawings as directed by superiors
  3. Co-ordinate with site staff/engineer with regards to details, penetration and all other necessary sketches requested by client
  4. Maintain the drawings reports and records

 

Requirements

  • 2 years of working experience in the related field
  • Preferably specialized in Engineering - Electrical & Mechanical
Facilities Technical Officer

Job description

  1. Coordination, monitoring, and implementation of all facility maintenance activities, addition/alteration, upgrading and/or refurbishment work to the facilities.
  2. Assist the Engineers to develop project requirements and specifications.
  3. Assist to develop and implement operating procedures and cost control initiatives to improve efficiency, reduce maintenance and operating costs
  4. Liaise, supervise and co­ordinate with contractors and vendors on projects, maintenance, repair, shut­ down and overhaul works
  5. Troubleshoot faults, undertake root cause analysis and ensure system recovery
  6. Prepare costing and quotations

 

Requirements

  • Facilities management background with at least 3 years of experience
  • Diploma / Degree in Facilities Management and/or Engineering
M&E Engineer / Senior M&E Engineer

Job description

  1. Plan, execute and supervise all M&E work at the site
  2. Coordinate and supervise the installation and maintenance work
  3. Work closely and attend meetings with client, sub-contractor and project team to solve all technical issues and in the execution of works
  4. Prepare and follow up on customer inquiries and quotations
  5. Follow the company internal work processes and documentation
  6. Assist and prepare method statement, work progress, drawing and other relevant documents related to works
  7. Assist in planning, controlling and coordinating of mechanical, electrical and building works
  8. Schedule, monitor and supervise the progress of works
  9. Conduct Toolbox Meeting and Coordination Meeting
  10. Coordinate, liaise and communication with people of all levels
  11. Build and maintain good customer relationships for revenue growth and customer retention

Facilities Manager / Senior Facilities Manager

Job description

  1. Manage and supervise the team of FM Technical Staff and Specialists in carrying out duties as specified herein

    3. Ensure all projects and maintenance works are carried out according to the schedule planned

Security Executive

Job description 

  1. Daily operation management of Fire and Security Command Centre which includes monitoring of all Fire alarm system, Security System(CCTV, Card Access, Intrusion alarm, etc), lift monitoring system, key management, permit to work, contractors access, event site management, etc
  2. Security and Fire safety patrolling of compound, offices, rooms, etc complete with checklist & Daily observation report
  3. Liaise with and manage all stakeholders security and fire safety requirements or feedback to ensure asset & occupants well being.
  4. Manage a team of security officers ensuring discipline, attitude, image and proper communication
  5. Liase and facilitate government agencies site inspections such as EMA, NEA, Npark, PUB Gas, PUB water, SCDF, Police, etc.
  6. Manage, Coordinate and support all emergency situation within the campus such as Fire, Break-in, Vandalism, Kidnapping, Theft, power interruption, pandemic, etc

Requirements 

  • 3-4 years of similar work experience
  • Diploma in Security, Security License (PLRD) with electronic knowledge is an added advantage
  • Valid PLRD license, Customer Service Oriented, Completed mandatory required PLRD Security Officer training modules in security, Generic Skills, Service Excellence skills
  • Extensive knowledge of security protocols and procedures, and experience using relevant security technology and equipment.
  • Experience in handling conflict situations, and in reporting and emergency response planning
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong computer skills
Lift & Car Park Engineer

Job description 

  1. Overseeing and managing lift maintenance or repair works by specialists
  2. Planning and scheduling for the manpower, materials, costing when required to perform lift preventive maintenance or repair works
  3. Preparation of monthly reports and conduct audit check on the monthly lift report on different lift systems
  4. Monitor / replacement of any ARD / EBOPS / Batteries
  5. Providing cost estimates for lift system issues for routine repairs and maintenance of defective accessories
  6. Able to carry out minor improvement works for lift system
  7. Preparing all necessary safety documents to work prior to work commence
  8. Attending to breakdowns, fault investigations and carrying out minor improvement works for lift system
  9. Attending to power failure/fire alarm activation
  10. Required to assist and provide technical support on A&A works on lift system
  11. Conducting weekly meetings to discuss and resolve technical issues faced
  12. Oversee the rectification of defects up to the end of DLP and follow up with regular maintenance after DLP
  13. Preparing minutes of meeting for specialists on lift monthly work
  14. Able to standby for events if any

 

Requirements

  • 3 years of working experience in the related field 
  • Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Others) or equivalent
Facilities Executive / Property Executive

Job description

  1. Manage a team of in-house Technician including roster planning, to carry out day-to-day building M&E services
  2. Develop and implement preventive/ corrective M&E maintenance to ensure smooth and efficient operations of services
  3. Oversee contractors in fitting out/ reinstatement of A&A works in accordance with authorities/ building’s regulations
  4. Managing and fostering relationships with team/vendors and other key stakeholders through effective communications, collaboration, and engagement
  5. Ensure set SLAs (Service Level Agreements) / KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) fulfilled
  6. Administration of service or term contracts including cost comparisons and negotiation for contract renewal/ replacement of building M&E services
  7. Assist to prepare yearly budget and forecast for facilities management services
  8. Perform Fire Safety Manager (FSM) duties, if required

 

Requirements

  • Facilities management background with at least 3 years of similar experience

Facilities Management Trainee

Job description

  1. Proactively manage and ensure timely execution of facilities preventive & corrective maintenance and renovation/ improvement works for offices and workshops in the plant
  2. Ensure PRs and POs are raised and timely executed, and all jobs are closed promptly in compliance with Finance and Procurement SOPs
  3. Understand Company policies governing how to utilize Capex budget, how Fixed Assets are depreciated and their general impact to P&L
  4. Support other sections (e.g. BCM, Safety) by providing facilities information
  5. Report to Facilities Manager and update regularly on status of on-going works

Requirements

  • 3- 4 years of working experience in the related field
  • Advance Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Facilities Management or equivalent
  • Possess good presentation skills
  • Proficient writing with the ability to articulate points across
